My
story relates to Malcolm's parents whom I have known almost all our
lives. Harold is my cousin. Shirley is one of my inner circle of life
long friends. They met and fell in love at my wedding and although they
went their separate ways and made new lives, when I read of the outstanding
qualities of Malcolm I know that these qualities are a combination of
the best of Shirley and Harold. I am so sorry that due to emigration
I never knew Malcolm, but I feel, through his parents, some sort of
affinity to him. He looked a lot like his dad, but Shirley was there
too. My heart and soul go out to Shirley and Harold, and all Malcolm's
family at this deeply painful time in their lives. Julian and I are
with all of them every inch of the way.
